See the Past Where it Happened

Walk through Berkeley Springs’ past as we explore the area surrounding the historic State Park. Using vintage photographs, we’ll look back at buildings and landmarks while standing in the very places where they once stood. Hear stories of George Washington’s connection to the town’s colonial beginnings, and the fires and floods that helped shape its history. This easy, less-than-half-mile walk takes about one hour.

Cookie Days

Weather permitting, I’ll be bringing my cookie wagon to the center of town on August 2, August 16, September 6, September 20, and October 4. Look for me from approximately 11 am–1 pm and stop by for a taste of old-fashioned sweetness! 

Using authentic 18th-century recipes, I recreate the flavors enjoyed by early American colonists, offering a delicious glimpse into the past. Whether you're sampling one of my handcrafted cookies or exploring my Colonial Kids activity booklets, you'll discover the sights, tastes, and stories of colonial life in a fun and engaging way.
